Crafted from 100% Silk Organza, our Bracken bridal cape combines structure with elegance. The front naturally cascades in a waterfall fashion down from the shoulders, leading into the train length finish. We adore this paired with a clean line slip dress, but it’s effortless style lends itself all types of neckline, fabrics and bridal silhouettes.

The Hather Collection has been designed in The Hope Valley, then sampled and developed a short trip down the road in Derbyshire. The Atelier we partner with have been altering, hemming and refining brides outfits with us for the past 5 years. We know their work is always the best of the best, and that every seam is stitched to perfection.

What is organza fabric?

Organza is a finely weaved fabric that’s very lightweight, with a crisp texture that holds structure and draping. Our Bracken Cape is weaved from 100% silk for that extra layer of refinement and luxury feel.

Can this cape be lifted to wear as a scarf?

As with most capes from our collection, you can lift the front section up to the neck and shoulders to wear as a scarf across the front. Being a stiffer organza fabric, it will gather with more volume than the more supple tulle or lace capes.

Can any bespoke changes be made during production?

We can lengthen the train of our organza Bracken cape. Please get in touch with us to chat through the options before confirming your order.
