The mini one. Made to move, stand out and make you feel effortlessly chic. Open at the back from the neck down, the wings of the cape sit slightly apart; perfect for showing off your outfit underneath. Alternatively, switch it up and wear the opening at the front. With no length to the train you can wear this from dusk til dawn.

Creation

From France to Derbyshire

The Calluna capelet uses lace from a world-renowned, family owned atelier. Made in Caudry, France, their laces are regularly used by haute couture houses as well as for royal and celebrity garments. We particularly love this lace as it’s composed of 70.5% organic cotton. From the weaving machines in France, it comes to us in Derbyshire where we make each cape to order.

Frequently asked questions

Depending on the request, bespoke tweaks are possible during production at our atelier. Before committing to an order, please get in touch with us to discuss your request. We’d love to hear your ideas.

If you’re after this lace but in a full length (~200cm) cape, we recommend our Calluna Cape. It uses exactly the same French lace, with the same collar detailing at the front, but drapes to floor length at the back.
